Varies : You should have a good idea whether or not the cortisone shot is going to work by 2-5 days.  So if it is the sixth day after the shot and you are still hurting, you may need to look for other options.

enlarged turbinates cause issue breathing can smell not fully since august 2015 feels obstructed if turbinates shrink will my smell return to normal?

Enlarged turbinates: Are you on Flonase?  You should be, twice a day and 2 sprays, put your head down and to the side when you do it.  Your ENT can also give you a short steroid burst to see if the smell comes back.  If this is not effective, the turbinates can be treated in the office and out fractured and the sensation of difficulty breathing and congestion will go away.  Your ENT can help with this.

BPPV: Yes it can recur intermittently , without any specific reason.

Common/expected: Nexplanon can make you have very irregular bleeding/spotting.  Its one of the most common side-effects.  About 10% of women have the device removed due to irregular bleeding.  The good news is that this usually gets better with time.    If you hang in there for 6 months to a year, you may have no bleeding at all.  Best wishes!

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Bad things: Since you had these labs drawn i assume you have symptoms to suggest that you have some diseass.  If you do not have symptoms then i suggest these labs are not helpful and you should consider not drawing them.  Most common cause is sle followed by vasculitis, autoimmune hemolytic anemia, cryoglobulinemia, and glomerulonephropathies.
