Don't worry, but...: Most expiration dates are rather arbitrary. Rennie is mostly calcium & magnesium & those should not ever go bad so no concern about them being expired. My only concern is that rennie has corn starch, much of which comes genetically modified corn. hi, i took azithromycin yesterday afternoon but i have just taken 2 rennie tablets. will this be ok? will it affect my azithromycin?

Rennie tabs: Rennie tablets, which are antacids decrease the acid in your stomach.  This can slow down the breakdown of the coating for medications.  You should be fine with the timeline you laid out.

hi there doctor. i have acid reflux and i have learned to live with it. i take rennie tablets for it whenever i get it. is it ok to still drink pepsi whilst taking rennie? i know it will cause burping but will it cause anything serious?

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities, and talking to a doctor is the best way to get an evaluation. Relief from Rennie (short acting antacid) makes it possible you have gastritis/GERD/ulcer disease, and it may be worth trying a longer acting antacid pill such as Pepcid(famotidine 40mg twice daily) or Prilosec (omeprazole 20 mg once/day) for two weeks. If symptoms persist, do talk to your doctor!

Flatulence can be from excess gas from undigested food, diet, or swallowed air. Then why is the food undigested? - gall bladder disease, pancreatic problems, poorly absorbed food. Why those problems?
