Acne: Wash face w gentle cleanser 2x/day &amp; use oil free products. No oily hair or heavy foundations. Try not to pop pimples. Avoid touching face (cradling chin in hands). Remove makeup before bed. Shower after strenuous exercise. Consider OTC products (salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide).  Retinoids/ comedone extractor can be helpful for black heads. For scars see dermatology.

Acne Scarring: Not certain meaning of 'acne facial', but acne scarring is usually best helped with mechanical dermabrasion coupled with surface treatments (chemical or laser) to improve the depth of scarring and even out any discolorations.  Deep ice pick scars are the most difficult to reduce, but each type of treatment (including some fillers on occasion) usually helps improve the appearance.

Nothing will touch acne scars short of a physician's intervention with a laser, microsurgery or filler. I'm sorry your acne was neglected, but several hollywood stars have kept their scars for the "tough guy" look.
