Urinary hesitancy: This very well may be about a benign swelling of your prostate. This can be treated with an herb known as saw palmetto.  One should also empty their prostate gland well during the initial days of taking this herb to decrease the size of the prostate.

Hesitancy: Diffuculty initiating the urinary stream can be the result of many things.  In the older male it us often from prostatic enlargement.  In a young male it can be simply a "shy bladder" or may be due to chemicals or medications making it difficult to relax the sphincters holding back the urine.  Decongestants are an example of such medicines.  Talk to your doctor about your symptoms.

Seek evaluation.: Any significant change in the pattern of urination in an otherwise healthy individual should be evaluated. Behavioral causes, medicines, drugs, can all contribute, but you do not want to miss a neurological cause of new onset dysfunction in voiding. See your primary care physician, but any worry should prompt evaluation by a urologist who specializes in neuro-urology.

No but it is the : Most common cause by far. A urethral stricture could present somehow similarly but is much less common. Bladder polyp, masses, and stones may act similarly. Need urology evaluation.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

55 yo woman.  taking trileptal, pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) nsaids.  experienieng extreme fatigue, dizziness, sob, nausea, urinary hesitancy.  could it be low blood sodi?

Yes: The fatigue, nausea and dizziness can be low sodium.  Have that checked.  The urinary hesitancy can be an anticholinergic side effect of the medication.  The SOB and dizziness can be from anemia which can result from occult blood loss due to GI bleeding from NSAID.  A CBC and chem panel will help see if of the above is true.

UTI: Or simple cystitis appears likely. Other diagnoses cannot be ruled out. Best would be to try to address with GP, who should be able to further coordinate.

: Masturbation is not likely to reduce effectiveness of treatment. Most bacterial epididymitis (under age 30 usually chlamydia or gonorrhea) needs only 10-14 days treatment. Was epididymitis confirmed? (Pain in both testicles usually is not epididymitis.) Some cases are not due to infection and no antibiotic works. Follow your urologist's advice; or ask for referral if not yet in a urologist's care.
