Time Is On Your Side: Just be patient, take your time, go slowly, maybe with some extra lube, and your body will adjust. Your "bf" will also have to be gentle, sensitive and patient. And before you know it, boffo!! head bangin' the headboard (if that's what you like...)---The tissue down there is pretty soft and pliable so just give it some time and gentle nudging.....

Need more info: Two things need to be addressed. One, he should talk to a urologist concerning different treatments for ED. Secondly tou should consult with your OB.GYN to make sure your hymen is really still intact or that the hymen may be too "thick" for your husband to penetrate and he needs a firmer erection to "break through".

: Unlikely. The scenario you cite does not suggest a pregnancy would be likely. To establish pregnancy sperm must be placed in the receptive moist environment of the vagina where they can remain fertile. They do not have the tolerance to dry areas outside that setting which would inactivate them.

Usually not...: It is a relatively thin membrane in the vaginal canal and most females don't even know when it being torn..I.E during first relation or tampon use/vaginal exam/pap with speculum etc...
Some discomfort is common, but if you have excessive pain, consult your doc...
