Depends : This is a Progesterone only pill.  It may regulate your period but if you also want the contraceptive effect, you must be careful to take it the same time everyday. And if you miss a pill, you must use condoms.  If it just to regulate the period, you can do a sunday start.  Take it at night to prevent nausea. It is safe to use.

Not aware: of any cold medication preparations that cause delay in menses. If sexually active, consider a home pregnancy test.

Not a problem: It is always best to take your medication exactly as directed by your doctor. Missing a few Progesterone pills though is not going to cause harm. Birth control pills might be a better option for long term cycle regulation if you continue to be irregular.

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A home urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred) or 1 week after missing a period. If tested less than 2 weeks after sex, a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Not normal: The birth control pill should result in monthly menstrual bleeding.  In lesss than 5% of women, no periods can result.  During the first three months, breakthrough irregular bleeding may occur.

Can delay 2 weeks: Primolut N is usually used to bring on a period in women with irregular menses (M).   1 Pill is taken 3/day for 10 days, and M usually starts 2-3 d after stopping the pills.  To delay M, take Primolut N 1 pill 3/d beginning  3 days before the expected M and continue 10-14 d. M starts 2-3 d after stopping.   To delay longer, a combination BCP is more effective, taking active pills only.

Any pill will work: However, if you are not already on a birth control pill there is nothing you can do to delay your upcoming period.  If you are on the pill, then just skip the inactive pills and go directly to your next pack.  The pill can work for a month only, just start it with the first day of your period.  The main problem will be that the chance of spotting and break through bleeding will be high.

Acne: sf often aggravated by progesterone as it increases sebum production which then causes blocked pores, etc.  I recommend starting with a daily gentle cleanser and benzoyl peroxide gel,  which should be OTC.  If not improved in several months, you may need to have oral or topical antibiotics or a retinoid topically as well, which your doctor or dermatologist can Rx.
