Pre-1989 or after?: How ancient is the apartment building? Asbestos was banned in the U.S. In 1989. Hard to tell asbestos by just looking. Many counties and states have inspectors if you're worried. Since it's uber-dusty, how about wearing some breathing protection? You could try a dust mask labeled n95 or a niosh-approved respirator.

Honey : Buy local honey . Don't eat red meat. Lose weight if obese .dont use any cosmetics .download skin deep app and check all ur home products for chemicals. Avoid cold stuff from fridge . Take vit D if low. Buy only organic skimmed milk .if u live in India in a very big city, relocate. Delhi Mumbai and chennai Bangalore air is heavily polluted. If u live locally in northern US,cover your ears.

Best for doc eval: An ENT/allergist or ENT and allergist. You may get allergy tests plus evaluation of nose and throat for reflux and abnormalities of the lining of nose and throat. A medication review occurs - some meds cause nasal symptoms and balance change. When balance problems and pain occur an ENT and primary care visit are vital. Improving your symptoms is important to prevent a fall. Hope this helps you.
