Usually no: Perianal involvement is not a typical area of lupus involvement. May be dermatitis, sign of hemorrhoids, or rectal problems. Treatment with a topical steroid can help, and an e aluation by a GI doctor for rectal disease is recommended.

Pinworm infection: This sounds like pinworm. Definitely sanitation there might be lower than where you're from-and the pinworm eggs can survive for 2 or 3 weeks outside the body-so easy to pick up. Not sure if you're familiar with the tape test? where you stick clear tape around your anus first thing in the a.m. (to get eggs) and bring to a doc. Or try empiric therapy-pyrantel pamoate, mebendazole or albendazole.

Pruritus ani: We call this condition as pruritus ani. Commonest cause is intolerance to milk products. If you are using formula milk/ pasturized milk which we adults use from groceries , consult your paediatrician who will recommend the right formula,substituting a non lactose containing preparation.

Do not sqeezed: do not squeezed the tiny pumps, if you already did, that could explain the bruises and the redness.
the tiny pumps are a oil gland cysts best to leave them alone, otherwise they becomes infected if they were squeezed.
if you did not, constipation will not cause the redness, and the bruising, unless you had anal sex or a rough sex.
if you did not do neither go and see a doctor,please.

Raw Skin: The best medication to use is a prescription called vytone cream or dermazine. These products have a 1% Hydrocortisone cream and an iodine deravitive which can treat bacteria, yeast and fungus. The problem you have is you do not know if this a also a bacterial infection.

More info; get check: Any anorectal coitus? Possible irritation or even early herpes infection. Any constipation or hemorrhoid history? That could be a factor. Any recent yeast discharge with vsginal symptoms as well. An in-person exam sounds warranted, especially STD is a possibility. Hope that helps.
