Not likely.: According to the a web search, dr. Reddy niltan cream is an otc, homeopathic product that some believe to have beneficial effects on degeneration of the knees.    The active ingredients appear to be boswellia serrata extract, coriander seed oil, ; liquorice extract.  None to my knowledge have any steroid effect on the body; some of the perceived benefit may be boswellia's antiinflammatory effects.

See dermatologist: Moles do not usually "peel" off and any changing pigmented lesion should be evaluated and possibly biopsied or monitored by a dermatologist.

Get him evaluated: A puncture wound of this type can provide easy access for germs to the deep tissues/ligaments of the foot where a deep infection can arise and eventually require surgical drainage and hospital care. I would contact his doc and discuss the issue. He will likely need to see him to decide if this can be managed at home or needs immediate aggressive care.

Antiacids: Brand shouldn't matter at all, but I have heard many patients that think there is a difference. Try antacids such as tums, (calcium carbonate) rolaids, or maalox or mylanta for immediate, but relatively short acting relief in conjunction with the omeprazole. If medical therapy is too much, consider a consult with an experienced general or thoracic surgeon. Maybe an endoscopic or surgical procedure could help.

when i had what i thought was my period it was thick a reddy brown colour and lasted 1 day. after that there was nothing. could i be pregnant?

Maybe!: There are lots of things that can cause menstrual irregularities.  Stress can do it.  You should get an at-home pregnancy test.  These are quite accurate now.  You should also be taking Folic Acid regularly unless your doctor has told you to avoid it for some reason.  Good luck!

Unprotected sex?: If you had unprotected sex near your ovulation, it is possible. You can do a test or have one done w/ an exam to determine any other cause for this unusual cycle. Don't worry, but do look into it.
