Mirena (levonorgestrel) side effects: Merina  (levenorgestrel-releasing IUD) is indicated for intrauterine contraception up to 5 years. Your device has been there for 6 years. No ovulation?: It sounds like you either didn't ovulate or you could have a cyst. 

Are your cycles regular? It's near impossible to not get a period if you ovulated unless you have a cyst that is producing hormone that is prevent your cycle. Sometimes this can occur on medications like Clomid (clomiphene).

I would see your Ob/Gyn if you don't get your period in the next week and your hpt are still negative.

See below: If you normally have regular cycles, and now essentially did not get a normal period and are having daily abnormal bleeding, the first thing you need to do is to check a pregnancy test.  If this is negative, then it is possible that this bleeding is related to breakthrough bleeding after a cycle where you did not ovulate.  This is a great reason to see your doctor for options for cycle regulation.

Cervix: Bleeding due to sexual activity is usually due to a cervical lesion or erosion. It would be prudent to see your doctor for an examination that can only be done in person. If you have not had it, get a PAP smear, if you are younger than 27, get HPV vaccine. 
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Gonorrhea: This would be my first concern.  Of course it could also be urethral bleeding from trauma or coming from the bladder or prostate, depending on associated symptoms.  Please see your doctor.
