ive go a raised red bump on my face.looks like a swollen pimple.redness has reduced but it has been almost 3 weeks.ive been applying hydro cortisone.on the same side i have a visible swollen gland below my jaw line.not feeling sick though.please help?

Exam needed: This may have been an inflamed/infected cyst or ingrown hair that has organized into a papule that no longer is inflamed. I recommend having a physician or dermatologist examine and advise you.

Insect bite?: It might be an insect bite and she might have a reaction to it. If it is painful or feverish and comforting cold compress does not help - go to a pharmacy or even urgent care so she can sleep well and not get frightened. It may be a simple OTC remedy will be all she needs. Good luck.

Two weeks : Sounds like you have subconjunctival hemorrhage which is due to bleeding trapped between the white or sclera and clear membrane or conjunctiva  of the eye. Get that looked at: You need to see a doctor. If you have been sexually active, and that includes blow jobs, then this is undoubtedly an STD, or even more than one. If you have never had sex, then these symptoms are very unusual but most likely still represent some sort of infection. This is an appropriate problem to take to the ER if you can't get into a doctor or public health clinic right away

Likely not related: Scalp patches likely not related. After sinus infection ex. Or sore throat (viral, bacterial) lymph nodes may grow. If they persist after a few weeks consider evaluation for ex. Lymphoma.
