Possibilities: There is a possibility that it can be a sexualy transmitted disease but another possibility is pearly papules (photos can be seen using search engine - i.e. google images).  These are benign not contagious and common so possibly nothing to worry about. If there is any question as to the cause see your MD.

: Try changing your laundry detergent, wear a loose underwear and apply cortisone OTC cream. If it does not get better pl see a Urologist or dermatologist. I hope that helps you

Rashes on the penis may be warts, molluscum (viral), blackheads (comedones), or be folliculitis, which is an infection in the little hair follicles in the skin. Red spots or rashes that itch a lot may be allergic reactions and/or skin infections. A primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate to help decide on a diagnosis.

Red bumps.: Red bumps can be due to several things.  If they are fluid filled like blisters, they can be herpes.  If hard and bumpy, they can be genital warts.  If they are just small itchy red bumps this can be as simple as a yeast infection.  I recommend you have some with experience look at them.  In the meantime, use condoms!

: "Red spots" that come and go, without itching or irritation, usually are minor blood vessel anomalies called hemangiomas. or small arteriovenous malformations (AVMs). They can become prominent with increased blood flow, which happens during sexual arousal, or maybe friction. Entirely harmless. Not sure if roaccutane can make them more prominent; you could ask the doctor who prescribed it.

Maybe nothing abnormal at all; anxious persons often notice minor spots or other appearances in the skin because they are more aware and looking more closely than usual. For sure not herpes or any other STD if the spots appeared sooner than 2-3 days after sex.
