Poikiloderma: Poikiloderma is a term used to define skin which has a thinned appearance along with some redness from blood vessels and brown discoloration. Poikiloderma can be caused by several underlying disorders, however, poikiloderma of civatte is a specific variant thought to be caused by cumulative sun exposure. The tendency to get poikiloderma of civatte may be genetic. 
Treatment is difficult.

Skin lesions: If this has been a persistent lesion of the skin of the chest, it's time to see a dermatologist for definitive diagnosis.

Reaction: sounds like an allergic reaction. Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 50mg

?MRSA: It sounds like you have mastitis.  Failure to respond to Dicloxacillin suggests you might be infected with methacillin resistant staphylococcus aureus.  Being pregnant you should not take trimethoprim/sulfa or tetracyclines.  A possible choice would be Clindamycin that is usually effective against MRSA and is considered safe to take during pregnancy.

: Only do people have severe pulmonary symptoms after chlorine gas exposure may have long term complications. You are young and symptoms are mild so you should be safe. Please take good care yourselves in the future.

i have a small circular patch of dry red skin on my arm. i thought it was ringworm but my medication from the past doesn't work. help?

Rash: A number of conditions can cause a circular rash including eczema (nummular type) , ringworm, etc. . Eczema  often responds to moisturizers and a corticosteroid cream after a few days.  See a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

i'm using xulane bc patch & when i take it off it's itchy, sore, red & skin is peeling off. i know i have to go back to pills but how can i heal this?

R/O ALLERGIC RX: ALLERGIC RX/ Eczema /Allergic dermatitis is especially prevalent in these areas of the body. It responds to topical &amp; oral steroids with flare. I also add in ZYRTEC&amp;ZANTAC  to block both histamine receptors. If SX. Persist or worsen get Derm consult

Try anti-fungal: I an wondering whether this is ringworm. Cancer won't appear overnight. A topical agent like tolnaftate would be a good try. If there is no response, get seen.

for the past couple weeks i've had a reddish pink skin rash on my penis with a throbbing feeling in my urethra and a small red skin patch at the base of my penis. i haven't noticed anything symptoms of herpes but i'm still very concerned?

: Herpes is not a likely cause of such a rash. Genital rashes are very common and 95% have causes other than STDs. See a dermatologist.
