they say 'mostly' so is there a possibility that red color of stretch mark can remain?

: Nono. They all become white over time. Some take more time than others. If your skin is dark, you may have a “ purplish” stage in between red and white, but they all go white.

other than getting a stretch mark removel treatmant is there anything i can do to make the red color go? i don't have a problem with white ones i just want the red ones to fade?

: Don’t worry about them. They’ll all become white on time. It may take 1 year or more, but they’ll get there. In the meantime, apply Adapalene gel or cream 1% every night and a sunblock with Zinc Oxide every morning ( or keep them covered. The Dermatologist may offer you a laser treatment as well. But mainly: don’t worry.

No, could be rash: The most common causes of itch on the skin are dryness, irritation or eczema.  First try using dry skin lotion several times a day.  Skin over stretch marks is more fragile and may be irritated more easily.

Genetic: Stretch mark formation is typically genetic.  Some women are just genetically more prone to stretch marks.  Have you gained weight recently?  That can cause stretch mark formation.
