Digestion: Seeing undigested or partially digested vegetables in your stool can be completely normal. I would not worry about it unless you are having other symptoms along with it. Good luck.

No problem: The biggest help you can do for yourself with fatty liver is to lose weight which can reverse the process.

Those foods coming: through into the stool may appear as blood. It would be best to get a sample and have it tested for blood to be sure.His doctor should be able to help you with that.

i got sprayed with maximum strength pepper spray on my leg, .. it burned badly. i wiped it with soap but it's red. is this ok? could this be toxic?

Ouch must have hurt!: As long as there is no blistering or breaks in the skin you should be ok. The redness is like a sunburn and if its painful taking Ibuprofen and using aloe or other skin products that contain vitamin e can help. If there is blistering then without knowing how much area is involved i would advise seeing a doctor. Other than the local injury there should be no toxicity from this exposure.

my tongue is very red and cracked and sometimes it will swell a little bit.  i can't eat anything with salt or pepper or spicy .  i can't drink cokes?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor as your symptoms suggest nutritional deficiency.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Yes: The average time it takes for food to transit through our GI tract is about 50 hours, but can vary from a few hours to a few days. Red pepper may not fully be digested (esp. if it is dried flakes) and thus might show up in the stool. 
If this was bleeding, bright red blood usually comes from the rectal area and would not look like flakes.
Blood from further up the GI tract is usually very dark.

See a dermatologist: I would see a dermatologist to have it looked at.  Skin lesions that grow in size rapdily should always be checked.
