Rash: Rashes are difficult to diagnose without being seen. Is it flat, pebbly, blistery? How long present? How large an area involved? Any contact with poison ivy personally or a pet? Any exposure to ticks? Any exposure to measles/chickenpox/etc?  See pcp for evaluation & treatment of rash.

Yes: Alcohol increases the blood flow (thus the temperature) to the skin and red wine has been found to contain a histamine-releasing factor. Both conditions tend to make itching worse.

Maybe: You can try an OTC cortisone cream on the area but if it doesn't improve then you need to see a doctor.

See your doctor: It looks like you have 2 problems, stomach pain and skin rashes. You might have acid reflux / gastritis or peptic ulcer diseases. You can try otc antacid or acid reduction meds like zantac (ranitidine) in the meantime but you need to be seen and evaluated to have it treated correctly. Also it's almost impossible to know what your skin rashes might be if we don't see it. Your local doctor can help.

Well: It gets red and itches then goes away, no rash or bumps.  It could be a rash or what is called idiopathic urticaria, release of inflammation due to stress.  Oddlly enough sometimes an h-2 bkocker like tagamet for the the stomach can help.  It may be allergic reaction or something else and i would not avoid seeing a doctor.  I would trey Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night and tagamet is pretty cheap.  Look up idiop.

5 days itchy skin all over, especially groin region and worse at night. slightly red near groin only. red circular rash and tender around nipple. have used jetted tub a few weeks ago. fungus?bacteria?

Skin Rash: Since you used a jet tub and are having above described rash - could be folliculitis which is usually treated with antibiotics. Please see your physician.

Difficult to say: It is difficult to say what this could be.  It could be urticara.  You might want to have this evaluated if it reoccurs.

Vaginal rash: Be checked. Your description of blisters would make you worry about herpes. The treatment for this is medication. All the best.

Probably no STD: Syphilis can cause a body-wide rash, but not hive-like and usually not itchy. If you think you're at risk for STDs, get tested. But an STD is not a likely cause of this rash. Most rashes like this are due to drug allergy -- which could include an STD drug if you're on treatment. In that case, contact the doctor treating you. Good luck!
