Medication reaction: It sounds like you may be having a reaction to medication. Contact your surgeon for a follow up check if it has not already subsided. Sometimes Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is prescribed.

Unlikely: Fatigue is a symptom that overlaps with many different issues, including simple ones like inadequate restorative sleep. The cited blood count is certainly normal which would go against any leukemia. Write down your symptom pattern &amp; any other questions you have &amp; schedule another visit.

0.2% permethrin on : Clothes. Deet on the exposed skin.. The combination works 99.9% of the time against all biting insects. If you spray the permethrin on cotton it lasts through at least 13 washings.

Probably.: While there are other things that will cause redness on the upper arms, kp is by far the most common. Think of kp as eczema of the hair follicles of the upper arms (and sometimes the upper legs and buttocks). A mid-strength corticosteroid cream will control it quite readily in most cases.

had laproscopic appendectomy 2 days ago. still in pain, nausea, chills, face&arms keep getting really red&hot, pain under right ribs when breathe. ?

Call your surgeon.: anytime that you are having unexpected problems in the immediate postoperative period after any surgery, the proper course of action is to call the surgeon. If you're having a complication of the surgery, the surgeon will deal with it. Otherwise, he will suggest what is best for you to do. Good luck.

NEEDS to be seen: It's hard to tell by description--so he needs to be seen to get a diagnosis. Chicken pox seems least likely but 'hot bumps' is concerning for an infection/cellulitis.

This immun response is preparing your body for when you get exposed to live influenza virus this winter, and it will protect you.  If the redness or pain persists for more than a day or worsens, call the doctor who gave you the shot.
