Patches egyptian mag: Unclear if the red patches are eczema, allergy/ food intolerance ,  acne or rosacea. Though Egyptian magic contains ingredients that are natural  it  has not undergone rigorous testing. i would not add moisturizer to it because then you adding and making a new product beside it has olive oil.  f/u/ w/ derm to determinen the underlying cause and treatment

Many possibilities..: Rashes can be from many causes, such as viral or other infections, medications, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to various things (including foods), internal disorders (such as kidney disease, auto-immune disease), etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be checked by a doctor. One can look up Pityriasis rosea to see how the pictures compare.

Porphyria? photoderm: It is very difficult to tell what you have without additional history and actually examining your skin to tell what you have. Some medication/chemicals can cause photodermatitis--means you breakout with sun exposure. Porphyria cutanea tarda can be an underlying cause of your trouble (google it)--this is probably a disease other people feared --vampires (the sun burns) of the old days.

Moisturizer: Moisturizers for eczema may be applied multiple times per day and a 1% hydrocortisone  lotion applied three times daily to the most affected areas. Keep the skin clean and dry with a fragrance free soap such as Dove.

Scented products and sunscreens can often cause flares. See a dermatologist to evaluate an active area for a potential biopsy and treatment recommedations.
