More details: Does you face flush easily?  How long have you had the problem? The first thing i can think of is rosacea in which the face flushes whenever there is a rise of core body temperature or from eating spicy foods (alcohol also). Triamcinolone cream may control it temporarily but there are other better options. However rosacea is not associated with hot knees and feet and thus you need to your doctor.

Yes: Nearly any drug can cause an allergic response and you need to avoid Diflucan (fluconazole) until proven otherwise.  Notify your doctor to see if you need medical attention if the problem is bothersome or worsens.   In the meanwhile try topical hydrocortisone cream.

Not sure but it: Could be a sign of inflammation or infection of soft tissues, nerve inflammation, lymph node enlargement, heart condition etc. See your dr for an accurate diagnosis. Take care and god bless u!

Food allergy???: not much info provided but think about MSG (monosodium glutamate) a flavor enhancer frequently used in Chinese restaurants. Cook at home and not at that restaurant.  Rash should disappear quickly on its own. If you want apply topical hydrocortisone 0.5%.

Atopic dermatitis: What you are describing is not a skin infection, but an allergic response activated by touch and contact with triggers. If you can get tested to find out what the triggers are, you may get better avoiding the right things. Some people have episodes of skin reactivity that results in atopic dermatitis - it would be a good idea to see an allergist to find out if there are triggers your reactions

Check this out: If this has not gone away I would suggest checking it out. It's hard to say what this may be without seeing it. Skin cancer is always a possibility. Also, a biopsy may be necessary.

Reaction to med: Stop taking the medication and call your doctor immediately or head to the emergency room, this reaction may progress to steven johnson syndrome if your skin start peeling. Don't dismiss your symptoms please.
