Bump: Signs of infection can include: increased swelling, redness, tenderness, ^ pain, warmth, red streaks,  purulent drainage, swollen lymph nodes or fever.  if it seems infected get it checked.

Allergy: you must be allergic to the flue shut take benadryl (diphenhydramine) right away take 50 mg now then 25-50 mg every 6-8 hours as needed if rushes gut worst ot you start having any problem with breathing go to the emergency room right away and consider yourself allergic to flue shut from now

Sweat pimples?: Transient red bumps coukd be swelling of deep hair follicle from swearing. These would. E red and disappear in few days as skin cools off and sweat gland opening allows sweat out.
