Angioma.: Most likely an angioma, which is basically a harmless mole made of blood vessels. There are other possibilities. If you're worried, let a dermatologist look at it and tell you for sure.

Depends: If new, and sudden may be from trauma, but if long standing, may be nothing to worry-would have a dermatologist check out, if new and does not resolve in 2 weeks.

Puncture: Clean a needle with alcohol and puncture the blister to evacuate the blood. It should then heal.

Abscesses?: Abscesses, boils, small carbuncles, etc. or whatever they may be called are very tough to treat and are often caused by underlying bacterial skin infections that occur locally and can "come and go."  As you desribed, they may leave scars or marks where they were.  See a Dr. for an exam as sometimes daily antibiotic treatment for suppression may be helpful, etc.  Best wishes.

Good idea: there are special bandaids for blisters now. ok to use.
if you keep messing with the blister, you may get it infected.

Hemangiomas: All those little red bumps or "blisters" on your body are called hemangiomas.  These are hereditary growths.  If you were to cut them out and look at them under a microscope, you would see thousands of little blood vessels.  Hemangiomas are completely benign growths that never turn bad.  I treat them with different lasers and they respond beautifully.
