Unlikely but: You should have continued surveillance but it is unlikely. Of course it is imperative that the entire tumor was removed. Otherwise it will come back.

is painful to remove a rectum little polyp? in which way can be removed? after removing it , do i have to follow a specific food diet?

Polyps: are removed during colonoscopy while you are sedated, using cautery.  There are no nerve endings in the base of the polyp, so it shouldn't be painful.  After removing it, you should be able to eat a healthy diet.

i went to the dr today , thought i had a rectal prolaspe and i had a rectum exam and she said my rectum is good , so now i think i still have a prolas?

Second opinon : I think it's very likely that if you do have a rectal prolapse that your doctor would have noticed it upon her examination of you. What is it exactly that has you thinking you have a prolapse? If you want a second/specialist opinion, I would suggest a GI doctor or colorectal surgeon.

Under anesthesia: If it can be put in, then it can be taken out.  However, taken object out through the sphincter is more gentle and less traumatic under complete anesthesia.  It doesnt cost much to put in but it cost a whole lot to take out.

Yes: Usually there is not alot of stool in rectal vault unless some one constipated but higher up.

can a interal pelvis exam cause discomft on yiu rectum? i had one yesterday and have felt as though i have a wedgie ever since.

Yes: Anatomically, the vagina and the rectum are very close together, separated by a thin plane of connective tissue. Don't worry, nothing is wrong. Hope this helps!

Bleeding: All bleeding comes to an end at some point.  But your friend likely doesn't want to wait that long, and it could be dangerous over time.  The body needs blood for several important functions.  If the bleeding truly doesn't stop, she should call her surgeon tonight.  It might take a little cautery to stop the bleeding.

can a digital rectum exam damage the nerves or muscles in/around the anus/ rectum? i had one done around 5 days ago and now have spasming and pain.

No: If correctly performed there should be no issues. I suggest call ing the examining physician.

Coccydinia: is there any history of trauma  in the area.  Fracture should be considered.  Did you have  x ray?
