No: That is not normal and a local exam will be needed in order to identify a possible cause, such as a fissure, a fistula or STD, among others that can contribute to your symptoms. Start with your GP for an exam.

Can be controlled: What you have is a condition known as seborrheic dermatitis a common, harmless, scaling rash affecting the face, scalp and other areas. It occurs most often where the skin is oily. Although it can be very persistent, treatment with regular use of antifungal agents and intermittent use of topical steroids can keep it under control. 
See a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

Scope: Could be either from the prep, the passage of the scope along your colon wall or perhaps biopsy if done. These can irritate your colon and cause loose stool. I would anticipate this should improve in day or so.

Rectal discharge: Would seek medical attention within 24-48 hours at doctor/urgent care/ER, especially if there is blood . Could be  constipation, food intolerance, H pylori,gastritis, gallbladder  early autoimmune disease like ileitis (Crohns).Diverticulitis is rare at your age but there could be infection/abscess.

See your surgeon: In order to fully evaluate this it would be very important to follow up with the surgeon who performed your hysterectomy or at the very least a doctor who knows your complete history

Mucus on stool: Mucus discharge occurs in up to 50% of patients with irritable bowel syndrome, with or without pain. Mucus may also be produced in response to partial obstruction, chronic constipation, anal-rectal dysfunction, infection, &amp; even secretory villous tumors of the rectum. At the very least stool studies &amp; probably a sigmoidoscopy should be considered, but a more extensive evaluation may be warranted.

Sounds awful: That sounds like a nasty toe laceration, and if infected it should be looked at by a primary care or urgent care Dr. who will see if it needs to be drained or consider antibiotics.  A spreading infection can lead to fever, chills, spreading redness, fatigue then may lead to diarrhea, but what you're describing without the other symptoms I've mentioned is unlikely to be from a toe infection.
