Depends!: Most significantly passed would be herpes, either 1 or 2 in terms of frequency. Hep b and c, as well as HIV can be transmitted. I would test you three months afterwards. If you develop herpetic lesions, they should be serotyped and treated immediately.  All viral disorders mentioned are lifelong gifts. Know your partner. Avoid unprotected sex!

STDs from oral sex: Assuming your partner(s) are male, the main oral STDs by performing fellatio (giving oral sex) are gonorrhea and herpes due to HSV2. HIV, chlamydia and syphlis are possible but much less common. The main risk to you from cunnilingus (oral-vaginal contact) is herpes due to HSV1. Gonorrhea and chlamydia are possible but rarely transmitted by cunnilingus. No significant risk for HIV.

: No risk, as long as there was no direct physical contact. There is no risk for STD infection in your case as suggested saliva on intact skin.

Varies: It may take a few days.  Do you have any sores?  Are you able to urinate?  Herpes can sometimes cause urinary burning and even difficulty urinating.  Herpes type i (cold sores) can be spread to genitalia during oral sex.  Gonorrhea and chlamydia usually infect the cervix.  Syphyllis is usually painless.  Other bacteria like gardnerella can cause non std vaginitis.  So can yeast.  Best be examined!

Only slight risk: Oral sex is safe sex, with low risk for all STDs and virtually zero risk for some, including HIV. Main risks are nongonococcal urethritis (NGU) due to normal oral bacteria (and probably harmless); gonorrhea; and herpes due to HSV1. All these are uncommon and would cause obvious symptoms. Syphilis possible but rare, but higher risk if your partner also is male. No testing needed if no symptoms.
