Needs to be seen: Lumps, bumps, blisters and other skin abnormalities on the genitals need to be evaluated. An examination will be needed to know the cause and treatment. Folliculitis is one possibility. Yeast is a possibility and over the counter fungal cream will fix it. Trauma from recent intercourse if possible. Herpes is an std which can cause this. Other possibilities too. Schedule an exam.

This can be ...: ... a number of things. The most likely would be contact dermatitis ... your vaginal tissues have become irritated and inflamed by something touching them...detergent, soap, lubricant, condom. It also can be a symptom of dryness or even an untreated yeast infection. Eliminate the soap/detergent, etc issues and if symptoms persist, see your doctor for testing/diagnosis. Good wishes:)

Need to see a doctor:  I presume you have vulva itchy rashes. Vulva itchy rashes can be due to  infectious or non-infectious causes. If the rashes are associated with an abnormal vaginal discharge, see a gynecologist to check vaginitis, STD, etc. If not, make an appointment with a dermatologist. Meantime, try to wear loose cotton pants and avoid antiseptics or any irritants.
