They sound like they: could be hives, which may be a reaction to something in his environment or something he is eating (if he is on solid foods). Has he been recently weaned from breast milk? Have him seen by his pediatrician, or if the rash isn't there at all during the day, try to take a photo and show it to his doctor. What tablet?: what kind of tablet you are talking about?
you are female rashes under the breast are most likely heat rash not allergy they are from the moist accumulated under the breast
you could be allergic to your own sweat but that is rare
you can use poweder that will dry up the area and that might help 
you can try to exposed the area to air when you are alone to keep it dry.

Yes.: Food sensitivities are closely related to skin rashes in children and aduls.  An itchy rash suggests allergic rash or dermatitis, or eczema tours rash.  A hydration with lotions and steroid creams will alleviate the symptoms.  But if the symptoms are ongoing i suggest having your child tested for food sensitivities and trying some diet elimination trials.

Hives: It sounds as if you are having a dermatologic condition called urticaria.  Urticaria is the medical terminology for hives.  It is the bodies response to a certain stimulus, such as an allergy.  The body will release histamine in response to a stimulus and histamine causes redness, swelling and itching.  Other triggers of urticaria can be cold/heat, stress, medicines, or with you, pressure on skin!

im having severe inner thigh rashes week before starting of my periods.same thing happen'g frm last 2cycles & disappear after periods.pls suggest med?

Maybe inflammation: I would consider applying an over the counter steroid ointment to the inner upper thigh twice daily for the 3-5 days prior to your period, and also adding a claritin or allegra orally.  That will help cut the inflammation from the inside out also. I hope you feel better soon!
