Rashes: Rashes are impossible to diagnose over the computer so I am afraid you will need to see the Dr or a health care provider for an exam. The eyelids especially needs special care with rashes as the skin is thin and traditional steroid creams may not be recommended.  Best wishes.

Get checked out: Usually involvement of the inner eyelids manifest as redness or raised bumps.  They are likely to be from allergic conjunctivitis if they itch  . In contact lens wearer, another more serious form of conjunctivitis can occur often necessitating removal of the contact lens.  The cornea may be irritated if the condition is severe enough.
