Crohn's Disease: There are several skin manifestations of Crohn's disease some of which can be quite serious i.e pyoderma gangrenosum (PG). From your description of your rash it is unlikely to be PG, but you should get it checked by your Primary Care Provider. Also, just because you have Crohn's disease does not mean that every one of your health problem are related to Crohn's.

Parvovirus B-19: Yes, you can have fifth disease without developing a facial eruption. That does not mean that you have this, but that this presentation is possible.

Allergic reaction: This could be allergy to strawberries themselves.Other parts of plant or chemicals sprayed in area. Cool compresses followed by Hydrocortisone cream will help. If it persists or gets worse you need to see do tor for prescription cream or possible pills.

Hydrocortisone cream: It really depends on what is the cause of your rash.  First try 1% Hydrocortisone cream, rubbed in 2 -3 times a day for 4 days.  If this doesn't help, then you should see a dermatologist to have the rash diagnosed.
