No interactions: or differences in absorption with ranitidine and alprazolam.  You don't list Xanax on your medications, and 2 mg is a hefty dose of this very potent drug.  This would be a dose that someone would have been built up to if lower doses didn't work.  The starting dose of Xanax should be about 0.5 mg if you have not been on it before.  If it is prescribed for you, your doctor/pharmacist can advise you.

Synthroid (thyroxine) directions: Synthroid (thyroxine) should be taken on an empty stomach without other meds which can effect its absorption so better to space them an hour apart

Foods high in phytic acid include whole-grain products and wheat bran, beans, seeds, nuts, and soy isolates.

Calcium suplement: Not all otc calcium suplement has the best absorption.  There are two common calcium suplement  available otc :calcium carbonate and calcium citrate. Calcium citrate has better absorption then calcium carbonate.
