Muscle spasms: Be aware if pain is elicited & reproducible by movements of certain muscles. This would indicate that is a muscle spasm prob.  If you have chronic ongoing low back pain & were/ are an extreme sports enthusiast then is concern for pelvic girdle injury. Breast Pain: Early pregnancy often causes breast tenderness.  If pregnancy is possible, I recommend an at-home pregnancy test.

See your doctor: See your doctor. Sometimes shaking is visible, called nystagmus--and there are several causes. Other times the shaking is not visible and is only perceived--other causes. See your doctor for better information.

Likely migraines: It seems that you have started getting migraines. Some of these are associated with nausea. You may have sensitivity to light and loud noise as well during headache.

Coagulopathy: Studies show that women who present with multiple areas of petechiae, purpura, or ecchymosis with no history of trauma sometimes have a coagulation disorder. At your age, TTP or ITP may be a possibility.  You need a full CBC, CMP, PT/PTT/INR, Protein C, S, Factor 5, Full history and medications really needed. I recommend you go to Georgetown University and speak with a Hematologist ASAP. Good luck

See a doctor: At the age of 44 one shouldn't normally get the type of acne one had as a teenager. If you are getting pus-filled lesions then you may have a bacterial infection that would need treating. See a doctor to have one or two of these lesions cultures to ensure an appropriate antibiotic is used.
