See below: The most common reaction would be hives. I have seen patients get a lot of swelling around the eyes. And, there is always the possibility of a more severe reaction, with trouble breathing, etc.

First of all...: "skin rash" is redundant -- the only place you can get a rash is on your skin. Second, without seeing it, all i can tell you is that psoriasis is commonly found on the elbows, as are a host of other dermatitides. You will have to get it examined in person to get a precise diagnosis.

A concern: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them.cannot say in your particular case, but generally, a change in a wart or mole including becoming raised is a potential cancer sign and needs direct looking at by a dermatologist.
