Not lethal: Just gentle to even moderate pushing on your temples is not lethal. Certainly a blow to the head can cause serious injury. An epidural hematoma can occur from a blow to the side of the head causing a tear in a artery that surrounds your brain.

Sinus: You have frontal, maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoidal sinuses. When congested or infected they can cause this problem.

Sinuses: This could be sinus congestion and radiation of pain when you push in that area. Try a sinus rinse kit which you can purchase at the pharmacy.

Headache, hand pain: They probably aren't related. Do you grind your teeth at night? That could be causing the chronic jaw/temple pain. You could try a night-time bite guard to see if that helps. If not, see a doctor about chronic headaches. See your dentist too! For the hand, rest it as much as you can for the next couple of weeks. If it doesn't improve, see your doctor.

If they are little blisters, and your skin feels tingly, go see a doctor right away for anti-viral medicine, which has to be started within 48 hrs of seeing the shingles rash. Or 2) Sebaceous cysts. Blocked oil glands that fill, can get infected, often need to be drained in the office. See a dr if they get worse or seem like something else entirely.

Depends: You have to be more specific when describing "head" pains...The muscles involved in a sigle push-up do have attachments in your upper back/neck so that might answer your query however you should see your doctor for a more detailed examination.
