I think it's more: important to ask 1) why do I have to push too hard while peeing?  and 2) why does it burn at all?

Kidney stones: usually cause pain and blood in urine.  Your symptoms are not typical for kidney stones, but more of urethritis or bladder outlet obstruction.  Consult with a urologist.

Hard to say: Can't see your age, but concerning. May progress to complete inability to pee. Need to see doc. Until then avoid anything that could make this worse - cold medications, anti allergy meds, etc. Causes: if young, medications are prime suspects. If old then prostate enlargement esp if painless. If you have ever had any urologic procedures scarring is likely.

Prostate: In a male the problem is almost always the prostate or medications.  Should have this evaluated as this is often a problem of 65 year old males not 35 year old males.

Masturbation: When you masturbate excessively you can traumatized your penis and cause swelling of the urethral mucosa and prostate which can make it difficult for you to void. So, cool it and relax, you will enjoy it more..

This needs eval.: Sounds like you are describing bladder outlet obstruction with incomplete emptying.  You should see your primary care doc for referral to the urologist who can do some simple testing to put this into perspective.

Hello. : Hello. That is a good question. Asssuming by the way that this is written, that you did not have blood in urine, pain or burning with urination or difficulty with urinary stream prior to five minutes ago.   Am also assuming that the red goo came out of your urethra (pee hole) and  not out of your vagina or anus. If the sexual intercourse was vigorous or aggressive than it could have scratched / injured the urethra which could be in spasm or swelling as well as  bleeding.  If the urehtra is fairly swollen it could make it difficult for urine to pass through the lumen.

Anticholinergic: Delsym (dextromethorphan) is pretty safe, but is it mixed with codeine?  Either way you should double check with poison control at 1 800 222 1222

UTI?: Sounds like a possible bladder infection, which can happen after intercourse.  Having a lot of vaginal pressure is more common after the first pregnancy.  It's not usually anything dangerous.  You may just have some soreness of the vagina from some friction or irritation.
