?????   : Bluetongue disease is a non-contagious, insect-borne, viral disease of ruminants, mainly sheep and less frequently cattle.   Not really humans.
Major signs are high fever, excessive salivation, swelling of the face and tongue and blueness of the tongue. Swelling of the lips and tongue gives the tongue its typical blue appearance.

It is commonly seen in scarlet fever, vitamin deficiencies, kawasaki syndrome and toxic shock syndrome.

Yes and no: Fissured tongue really isnt a disease.  It's just a characteristic that some people have.  For an example, i've included a photo of fissured tongue.  There are differing degrees as well, some more or less pronounced.  If there is a concern that you have some sort of pathology, see a dentist for a professional opinion.

my 5 year old has been diagnosed with hand foot and mouth disease. red bumps and swelling but today purple bruising on the feet. is bruising normal?

Bruised feet: Maybe something else.  HFM disease typically has white or clear blisters.  Bruising suggests something else.    See your doctor again.   It maybe HSP (Henock schonlien  purpura) which causes bruising of the legs.   This condition lasts a few weeks and affects the kidneys and intestine as well.   The key is the distribution of the rash.  Legs only is HSP!

Get checked: May be an irritated taste bud, may be an irritation, either way this should be evaluated by a dentist and then possibly an oral surgeon if the dentist cannot determine why it is there.
