Penis spot: Penis spots can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so he can rule out STD and council you for prevention. Don't use acid products on your penis!

Bruising: This is either a friction caused abrasion or a bruise. If you have no pain and no deformity of the shape of your penis when erect then you can wait and watch. If you have pain or any change in the shape of your penis you need to be seen in person at your family doctor's office.

STD: There is no std that causes a non-tender spot on the penis.  Herpes is very painful. Chlamydia and gonorrhea do not cause skin changes that are visible. Syphilis is an ulcerated relatively large open sore that is not painful.
