Color of poop: Baby's poop is a reflect what they have been eating.  Has your baby eaten prunes or other fruits or had juices that are of that color.  Speak to your pediatrician to review dietary recommendations.

Change in BM.: An acute change in the color and/or consistency of a bowel movement could always be due to a change in diet, such as the addition of a new food or drink, or the withdrawal of a usual item of food or drink.  If you are having abdominal pains or fever, though, you may want to consider the possibility of infection.  If not, then give this a day or two to resolve and visit doctor if it does not.

Maybe/not: Poop color generally reflects dietary intake. Various food dies may not be altered in transit &amp; stain the poop. If the kid has/had cramps &amp; colicky activity followed by such a stool it could be caused by blood from a worrisome gut abnormality.

Hemorrhoids, yes!: Hemorrhoids are varicose veins that occur either external to the anal canal, within the anal canal, or even up inside the rectum.
External hemorrhoids can have that purple, grape-like appearance you have described.  They may tear and bleed.  They may be very painful and burn.
The way you are describing them, I would seek medical attention

Call your baby's Dr for a thorough Exam and bring an example of the stool so that the Dr can see the color, consistency and any additional findings.
