Pulsation: You may be feeling muscle twitching or an artery pulsating. The artery would pulsate regularly while the muscle twitches erratically. My guess is that it's an irritable superficial nerve or muscle  causing the  muscle fibers to twitch. Apparently this a localized phenomenon which doesn't appear to be a serious problem. Generalized twitching can be caused by calcium or magnesium deficiency. See MD

hi! i have had a pulsing off and on on the inside (left) of my right knee. i can see it pulsing when it happens and it is not painful.

No pain, no worry: there a lot of good reason to have a pulsation in the knee as lond as there is no pain in your age there is nothing to worry about. if you still concern see a doctor.

Don't know: Really hard to say without more information or examining you.  Are you getting enough sleep, is the first question.  Have you been exercising heavily, or conversely, not enough?  Do you take any medications that could affect your potassium level, like a diuretic? Try some gentle stretching of you leg muscles, get a good night's rest, and if it persists go see your doctor.

Throbbing pain: in both legs is not normal.  You need to see your doc.  There may be a circulatory issue.  Peace and good health.

Muscles: A late teenager with aches and pains in the legs and knees should evaluate his level of physical activity and whether too much was pursued too soon.  Exercise and sports should be undertaken as gradually increased activity within a stepped up program; to allow the soft tissues to gradually adjust and strengthen.  If problem persists, a doctor's evaluation is in order.

See your doctor : I would start by seeing your primary care provider for a more complete evaluation. Ask if any tests are needed, and whether it not a referral to an orthopedic or vascular surgeon would be appropriate. Hope this helps!
