Nothing: Echo cannot directly evaluate this , unless you have a leaky valve (Tricuspid).  It is not a worrisome comment

Probably ok: The best person to review the echo findings with is the doctor who ordered the test. The diagnostic gold standard for PAH is right heart catherterization.

: Not sure what you mean by sympathetic. Essentially, if you are noticing that you are feeling weak, dizzy when you stand up, or lightheaded, then you should have your blood pressure evaluated regardless of whatever number it is. You should see your primary care doctor for further evaluation. Good luck.

Rupture PA fatal: The pulmonary artery is large, with pressure lower than systemic pressure. So, yes a rupture, tear, of laceration in the pulmonary artery (or one of its many branches) can be lethal; blood loss, not easy to control, or compress.

One is dead: A ruptured pa is one of the fastest ways to die.  I wouldn't worry about it.  If you're coughing up blood, and it's not from a nosebleed, that's a medical urgency if not emergency, but it's probably not a pa rupture.
