Possibly: The situation you describe may be more serious and  should be examined by a neurologist. Tests to determine exactly what is happening to you can be performed and the cause can be both identified and treated.

Heart condition : If the heart condition is due to Mitral Valve Prolapse, there can be associated symptoms of palpitations, irregular heart beats and anxiety spells which if severe can be felt as tremulousness but not a true seizures.

Pseudo: Pseudo is an old term, non-epiletic seizures is a more modern term.  Hard to explain but most people.  Individuals with non-epileptic seizure are not consciously faking anything.  The best way to know if a long term eeg study, overnight, with observation and video footage.

Difficult to tell: Some very real seizure activity can look bizarre and can be labeled "non-epileptic seizures", such as some complex partial seizures, frontal lobe seizures, epilepsia cursiva.  Some gm sz pts can have additional focal events later.  However, in some cases, pts also develop emotional reactions to epilepsy.  This is tough to sort out, so may be worthwhile to do ambulatory eeg, and see psychiatrist.

No: Pseudoseizures don't cause bleeding from the mouth (unless you bite your tongue, which is quite unusual for a pseudoseizure) or a slow heart rate.

Your : Your symptoms are hard to pin together with the information you have provided but they could point anything from a neuological condition to a cardiac condition to something like a panic attack. I assume that you have told your primary care doctor about these attacks.

I think that the first steps are to make sure that it is not cardiac in nature and this could involve an ekg and possibly an echocardiogram. Once the heart is ruled out then you might need a consultation with a neurologist.

I would not make the big jump to asking for an mri, i'm not sure what you need an MRI of. The need for further advanced imaging would have to be determined by what was found by the cardiologist and/or neurologist.
