Have to wait: A blood test will be positive 8 or 9 days after conception (essentially ovulation although it is not exactly the same) and a home urine test will start to show positive 2 or 3 days after that.  In other words you should be able to tell a little before your period is due.

Chlamydia and pregna: Quick answer, no. Chlamydia can be a cause of infertility for men and women. However, sperm could not survive 6 days in the vagina or cervix. If intercourse really occurred six days prior to ovulation, the sperm will not be able to penetrate your cervical mucus to get inside the uterus. Sperm will live 48 hours in the cervical mucus. At ovulation the mucus changes to let the sperm  swim through it.

Sure you can: Cycle timing has an incredibly high failure rate which is why couples start birth control. Six days prior to your period is a less likely time to get pregnant technically but not always reliably. If avoiding pregnancy is important to you please see your doctor to discuss more effective birth control methods.
