Protein shake: Sometimes it's not the shakes, but the guzzling all at once.
You can try half concentration to see if that helps. You can also try half the dose in half the water but taking it twice per day.

GI workup: Could be anything from gastritis (viral stomach bug) to ulcer, gall bladder, diverticulitis.  I believe a GI work up is in order.  If your discomfort is very high, a visit to the ER might be warranted.  Best Wishes

Depends . . .: Need to find cause before we can discuss solution. There are many causes of "stomach aches". Heart burn is treated differently from gallbladder stones, pancreatitis, appendicitis, constipation, hernia, etc. Go see your doctor who can evaluate you & determine diagnosis from which s/he can offer you appropriate treatment & relief.

Yes, slightly : Flattened ginger ale  can help. Probably the simplest way to reduce nausea or mild stomach ache is with ginger. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger ; steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Yes but it's rare: Avocados are a great source of nutrition. However, if you're one of those rare folks who are allergic to avocados, then you can experience stomachaches & pain as well as swelling of lips & mucous membranes, even breathing difficulties. Your family physician can refer you to a local allergist/immunologist for testing. If you have an anaphylactic reaction, be sure to keep 2 epipens (epinephrine) on your person.

Pain more than Ache: Aaas are typically silent / asymptomatic while they are growing. Once they start to rupture people do experience abdominal / back pain. If you are >65 years of age, male, and have ever smoked, it is recommended that you be screened with an ultrasound for an aaa. If you are a women, >65 yrs of age, have a family history and have ever smoked you should also be screened.
