Rectal tear: Change your diet to avoid any roughage that will allow you to have a bm without stretching the tissues. Using rectal sup. With Hydrocortisone before each bm is also helpful, and sit is a warm bath after bm to clean the area. Unsure about the rest your question because you didn't finish it.
