hello doctor i want to ask about nf cure capsules is it effective in treating spermatorrhea is there any side effects known?

Not a disease: Spermatorrhea is not a disease. If you are concerned about frequent or nocturnal ejaculation, you may address these by elective masturbation. Any, so called medication, you take is not only not going to help but may have side effects.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

hello. i have got razor bumps in the pubic region. they appear like pimples. it hurts please help me. applying propysalic nf ointment would be okay?

Must you???: Must you shave there? Really? If you do, be very gentle. Do not shave close. Do not go over and over it. Look at chemical hair removal, lasers, electric razors. Even at clothing optional beaches lots of people do not shave the genital skin. There are beach costumes which completely cover it You can try using benzoyl peroxide cream [gel] to reduce the folliculitis.

Remove ?????????????: Neurofibromatosis is a genetically related disease defined by information present in every cell of the body. You can remove some of the skin or deep tissue manifestations but you will never not have the disease. What you have removed can also recur. If you will be more specific about what you are removing, a more focused response can be provided.

i get extremely dizzy and nauseous when i lay on my left side to the point if i wasn't laying down i would pass out.  i have neurofibromatosis.

Just to be safe: See an otolaryngologist or neurologist, as sounds like you have focal left ear problems, and if hearing loss on that side, might check for acoustic neuroma.  Sooner the better.

i have nf 1. its causes seizers but i can't take meds. how can i stop them with out meds?

Work with doc: A seizure disorder is worrisome & if related to a structural defect like in nf, it can be a progressive problem. You say you can't take meds ? You may not have been tolerant to those tried before but their are many that could help that you should try before giving up. Work with a neurologist & come up with a workable plan.

Neurofibromatosis : Type I (NF1) is caused by mutation in the neurofibromin gene on chromosome 17q11.2. A Chromosome Microarray Analysis done on CVS or Amniocentesis can detect it prenatally. Your OB, perinatologist or fetal-maternal medicine specialist will have to obtain a prior authorization for the lab to do a CMA rather than standard Chromosome Analysis. See http://www.ctf.org.

No: Nightfall is at its' most common shortley after puberty. It reduces in frequency if you ejaculate during the day by masturbation or having sex. Also reduces naturally as men age. Is not related to loss of "sexpower".

If no medical cause is found, then one can add weight by eating more calories of nutritious foods, while also doing weight-training to increase muscle.  Proteins: egg white, chicken breast, salmon,...  Better fats: olive oil, peanuts, almonds, tofu,...

Neurofibromatosis: Nf is a collection of genetic diseases that have no cure. When you have it, management requires observation & occasional studies to detect certain complicating issues before they can cause trouble. Surgical intervention may be required in some forms of the disease. Some forms never need any extra help.
