Means: That it measures too think on the ultrasound, and at your age the standard of care is to do a hysteroscopy and endometrial biopsy, I do them in office , and pt is awake takes 5 minutes at the most, rare this should have to be done in hospital and that you would have to go to sleep , you need to r/o precancer or not as commonly cancer of the endometrium, please discuss with your gyn.

If painful see docto: There are a variety of reasons why this can be going on. You will need evaluation by a doctor to figure out the diagnosis. It could be either some type of scoliosis, or scheuermann's kyphosis, etc. Or just a normal spine. Nothing necessarily to be alarmed about if you are not having any pain. But having your concerns examined and evaluated will be recommended.

Atypical chestpain: The chest pain you describe sounds atypical for heart pain.
Chest pain could also be from muscle, bone cartilage, joints, esophagus etc. 
At your age better to have it examined.

Facial asymmetry!: Your body is really quite asymmetric, one foot may be larger than the left, etc. Issues facial asymmetry are magnified, particularly with females.  Check with your pcp and discuss this.  If there is a severe difference you may have surgical oprtions, ie plastic surgeon, oral-maxillofacial surgeon, or ent.

Depends: Will depend what your provider means. Prominent could refer to stripe thickeness or brightness on sono but usually thickness. Much more of an issue in women after menopause where thickness could be a sign of abnormal tissue buildup. In younger women on pills/patches/iud stripe should be thin. Not on hormones the stripe will vary by time of month. Most prominent before cycle.Can be seen with polyps
