Can delay 2 weeks: Primolut N is usually used to bring on a period in women with irregular menses (M).   1 Pill is taken 3/day for 10 days, and M usually starts 2-3 d after stopping the pills.  To delay M, take Primolut N 1 pill 3/d beginning  3 days before the expected M and continue 10-14 d. M starts 2-3 d after stopping.   To delay longer, a combination BCP is more effective, taking active pills only.

Hard to guess: It can be hard to tell if a woman is pregnant because some of the symptoms seen in early pregnancy can also happen in non-pregnant women. A home urine pregnancy test gives a reliable result by 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred) or 1 week after missing a period. If tested less than 2 weeks after sex, a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Depends: While the progesterones you mention can cause a withdrawal bleed, it may be that you don't have any lining to bleed from. Have you talked to your doctor about birth control?  Typical birth control is a combo of estrogen/progesterone, which typically gives a woman a regular cycle.  Consider that thyroid can also play as role, as can weight (too heavy/thin).  Talk to you doctor for additional info.

Duphaston: is a PROGESTERONE and Primolut is an ESTROGEN...Since you started on one of them already CONTINUE...One is not "better" than the other just "different:"

: "Post-miscarriage", delay of onset of menstruation is usually 5-6 weeks, so it is common for your period to be delayed.  See your GYN physician for guidance, as "Duphaston" may not be indicated at this point.

Duphaston  and IUI: Duphaston is used to support the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle (the full cycle lasts on average 28 days)  for in vitro fertilization.   I am assuming that the attempt failed since you got a period.   It is also used to treat heavy bleeding and irregular bleeding. I don't think the two are related except to indicate that the IUI did not take this cycle.   Check with your OB to be sure.

Let me try to help: The recommended dosage is 1 tablet of Primolut N 3 times daily for not longer than 10-14 days, beginning about 3 days before the expected menstruation. Bleeding will occur 2-3 days after having stopped medication.
