i get mild random prickly spots all over skin. don't last long & seem to occur less when not thinking about it. very anxious. could anxiety be a cause?

Sure, it's possible: Try to find a good CBT therapist w/ expertise in physical effects of anxiety. They can help decide if this is the issue but since you say you ARE anxious, they'll help you learn mgmt techniques that will really help. If Rx is needed they'll refer - don't start there, learning is the key!

Body rash: could be caused by sweating or prickly heat, but could also be a viral rash or scarlet fever, which would explain why she is not interested in eating or drinking.    Prickly heat rash is caused by XS sweating from heat or illness, and is treated with tepid bath and keeping skin cool and dry.  Keep her well hydrated with water.  If appetite doesn't return in a day or two, she needs check up.

Depends which tests: No specific problem comes to mind but blood work could help rule certain things in or out along with a thorough medical examination.  Before, completely believing that "blood test done all ok" is actually accurate can you specify which tests were done and exactly what the results were?  Also, tell us if your symptoms are concentrated in certain parts of the body as opposed to "all over?".

is a vitamin b12 level of 453 low? i've been having these odd prickly tingles all over body. since taking b12 supp. they have gone away. thoughts?

See below: B12 of 453 is not low, however if B12 supplement is relieving your symptoms there is not harm in continuing to take it.

Keratoses Pilaris: try emollients that have urea and alpha hydroxyl acid in them. It will smooth them out. Its a genetic condition you inherited from one or both of your parents.

More likely dry skin: Try applying moisturizer on skin immediately after bathing to see if this helps.  There is another condition which leads to itching and small hives after you get hot and sweaty and this condition may be relieved by taking an antihistamine.  If problem persists, see your doctor.

Perhaps: Diagnosis cannot be made from your short list of symptoms alone.  When was the last time you had a comprehensive Dental examination and a comprehensive Medical physical.  If it's been a while, please schedule now.

Neuropathy: You are experiencing neuropathy.  This could be secondary to some systemic disease like diabetes, nutritional deficiency like b12. Please contact your doctor and get a check up.

Please see below: This may be cholinergic urticaria :           cu typically presents with a number of small, short-lasting hives but may also involve cutaneous inflammation (wheals) and pain which develops usually in response to exercise, bathing, staying in a heated environment, or emotional stress. Although the symptoms subside rapidly, commonly within 1 hour, cu may significantly impair quality.
