See your doctor: Pelvic pain and pressure can be from many different sources.  Bladder problems, gynecological problems, muscle and nerve problems, and gastrointestinal problems can all cause similar symptoms.  It's very important that you report these symptoms to your physician so that they can be evaluated properly.

Many causes: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

Pain: The pain can be coming from muscle, intestines, kidney stones, bones, ovaries or bladder... Go to a doctor to get checked out more thoroughly.

Probably not: Scar tissue would not be high on the list of things that would cause these diverse symptoms. I would start by seeing an Obgyn to rule out gynecologic cause. Then that doctor can direct you to a gastroenterologist or urogynecologist if needed.

Normal: That is the unfortunate side effect of being pregnant.  Your doctor is correct in doing nothing, as there is  not much you can do about it.  Try soaking in a hot bath tub for 20-30 minutes, and it will help ease your round ligaments, but other than that, there really is not much else that can be done.  1gm of tylenol (acetaminophen) 3-4x per day help.

See your OB asap: It is possible may be having kidney related problem in pregnancy and should get exam and testing to be sure this is not the case. Call your OB for urgent visit.

infection somewhere?: A complex urinary tract infection such as pyelonehpritis is possiblem, as is a gynecologic infection such as pelvic inflammatory disease. Either way, get yourself evalauted.

Many things: There are many structures in your pelvis.  Tell your doctor, and a simple test like an ultrasound should answer the question or at least give you a good idea where to proceed.
