Left abdominal pain: Sometimes ovarian follicles do not rupture and grow larger, which can produce the symptoms to which you refer.  Ask your gyn provider for a pelvic ultrasound if the pain continues, to rule out ovarian cysts or abnormalities of the kidney.

UTI ?: A UTI is important to treat immediately especially if connected to "left side pain", as nephritis may occur.  You can obtain what is called a "clean catch" urine culture even if having your period, so see your gyn provider for this test and treatment if necessary.

UTI?: First thing is to have your urine tested for an UTI (i.e. Urinary tract infection). Depending on that result different therapies can be explored, whether antibiotics, or some other approaches to voiding dysfunction. Urologists can be a resource after your primary care physician checks the urine.

Terminal dysuria: That might be what you are describing.  Hard to say what the cause is for sure without other questions but the most obvious thing would be an infection.  With a simple test your doctor can check.

Rule out UTI: Suggest you see a uro-gynecologist or urologist if urinalysis demonstrates no infection. This could be a cystocele, rectocele or partial bladder or uterine prolapse.

Penile pain: The discomfort you are describing is most likely a referred sensation from the urinary sphincter that you are contracting.  There is no need to be concerned.

Rule out UTI: Need urinalysis. Could be a mild uti, mildly overactive bladder, mild interstitial cystitis or other early pathology. See your dr. If it persiists.
