Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) another adderall-like product, continues to have coupons that can assist with payment.

Pills cost 2 much: 33 M from NC says needs Dr who takes NC Medicaid. I have 2 Rx that cost $250. 
Hmmmm.  Most common reason for needing meds is BP too high, cholesterol too high or sugar too high or too fat. Without knowing what your problems are can't really help. But if any one or more of the ones listed then doing the DASH eating plan (get book for $8) and reading it/following it will likely eliminate med need.

: This public site is an information source. The physicians do not provide diagnostic/treatment/prescriptions. There is a paid concierge service affiliated with the site and if you sign up and find a physician willing to establish a physician/patient relationship with you this might be possible.I doubt your countries laws would accept one from an out of country doc.

: Not in the USA where this site is based. Cocaine is considered a drug of abuse and not available for prescription. Special studies in a research center would have access but not patients. I would be surprised if it would be handled any differently in Brazil, but it might.

You might also check with the maker (also on google) who ay have programs for people having trouble to avoid their medications.
