Yes: but the ones that work are prescription meds. Try warm tub soaks and high fiber diet, drink 80-100 oz caffeine free alcohol free fluid daily and this should help. If not see your doctor or a colon and rectal surgeon

Always ask a dermatologist about the possible affects and the risks vs benefits of each treatment. Make sure it's best for you.
